Client Responsibilities

To make the most of coaching, we ask that you:

• Show up on time and ready to engage

• Give at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 24 hours] notice if you need to reschedule

• Take responsibility for implementing strategies we discuss

Payments & Refunds

• Payment is due at booking (or as agreed in advance).

• Coaching fees are generally non-refundable, but please contact us if you experience extraordinary circumstances.

Cancellations

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

• If we ever need to reschedule, we’ll provide plenty of notice and a new time.

Intellectual Property

All resources we provide (worksheets, guides, videos, etc.) are for your personal use. Please don’t copy, share, or resell them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are committed to your success, but we cannot guarantee results. By working with us, you agree that we are not liable for any outcomes from coaching decisions or actions you take.

Ending Coaching

Either of us may end the coaching relationship at any time. If you choose to stop, please provide written notice. If we find behavior that is harmful or inappropriate, we may also discontinue services.
